Trees for Bees Nursery
We provide flowering trees and plants to support honey bees and other wildlife for your home garden, farm, lifestyle block or planting project. We have a wide selection of natives, exotics including eucalyptus and willows, fruit trees and garden plants.
There is a lot to think about when planning where and what trees to plant for your needs. We have a number of resources available to help you.
To find out more about our Nursery and the plants we stock, visit the Nursery page or view our Plant Catalogues.
We send plant orders nationwide - small or large. We are just a phone call or a click away from answering any questions you may have on planting or for a quote.
Willow trees
We stock over 20 varieties of Willow that flower from July to February.
There are many uses for Willows. They can work as shelter belts, reduce damage to watercourses, provide shade and shelter for stock. Willows can also be a useful stock feed, especially during dry summers.
Willow trees also provide an important source of protein to bees in the spring as hives begin to grow. The pollen from Willow trees is plentiful in most varieties and is easily accessible to bees. To find out more about Willows, check out our Willows for Bees catalogue.
